These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Klaril. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Who we are

This store is operated by IMDB SRL, with registered office at Strada Panduri 89, Târgu Jiu, Gorj County, 210178, Romania (CUI 46970421, Trade Register no. J18/1251/2022). In these Terms, "Klaril", "we", "us" and "our" refer to IMDB SRL. You can reach us at support@klaril.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you place an order. Product images are for illustration; slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or description error has occurred.

Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products. Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

Subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save")

If you choose a subscription option:

  • Your selected products are shipped and billed automatically at the frequency you choose (for example, every 1 month or every 2 months) at the discounted subscription price.
  • By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method for each recurring order until you cancel.
  • You can skip, change the frequency of, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support@klaril.com. Changes made before an order is processed apply to that order; changes made after an order has been processed apply to the next one.
  • The discount applies only while the subscription is active. We will notify you of any change to subscription pricing in advance.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — including the Klaril name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to IMDB SRL and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our products are intended for ordinary household cleaning use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided "as is", and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

Consumer rights and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have rights under applicable EU consumer law, including the right of withdrawal described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its "last updated" date, applies to your order.
