30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at support@klaril.com with your order number and a short note, and we will guide you through the process.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee above extends this period for your convenience. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@klaril.com.

Condition of returned items

To keep things fair for everyone, returned items should be in reasonable condition. Because our cloths are designed to be washed and reused, light testing is fine — we simply ask that items are not excessively soiled or damaged beyond normal trial use.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@klaril.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We will confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send the item, if a return is required.
  3. Once we receive and review the return, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping was free; any return shipping cost, where a return of the item is required, is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at support@klaril.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return cost.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed, with no cancellation fee. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your most recent subscription order. Manage or cancel your subscription from your account or by emailing support@klaril.com.
