This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your Klaril order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (one business day) of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping destinations and rates
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. If you would like to ship to another destination, contact us at support@klaril.com before ordering and we will confirm availability and any applicable cost.
Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier, weather and other factors outside our control.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically at the frequency you selected, following the same processing and delivery times described above.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@klaril.com with your order number. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we will always try to help where we can.
